You can't overclock and it will not turn on unless you buy a second CPU that is compatible with the bios that is shipped with it and then update the bios to one that supports your CPU

So, what you're saying is that I can't use it without getting another CPU. Would it work if I got a BIOS flash?

EDIT: Some people are saying that it worked fine, even without the new BIOS update, or that some new units that are being shipped with it. I hope that I get lucky with this.

You still won't be able to overclock the cpu witch is a waste of a Pentium, play it safe and get a Z97 board for better performance and guaranteed compatibility.

Can you please explain why I wouldn't be able to? People on newegg are saying that they have been able to.
