What platform are you using? 

 

Isn't there only one type of chrome per platform?

HDD: 120gb Hyper X Fury SSD, 500gb 5400rpm Caviar Blue Cooling: Hyper 212 (Switiching out with a Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim for new build) 2x stock case fans.
Future Upgrades: h100i cooler, corsair sp120 fans, 1080p monitor, AMD->Intel CPU Switch

I just use the chrome client, I think think the desktop client uses less RAM but I don't see any real differences

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel


After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

There is a significant points difference.

 

The Chrome Client will use less resources. Generate less heat, etc. But, the WU's are very small. They complete quickly, but you don't get many points. This client is great though for older systems, laptops, etc. There is no GPU support.

 

The Full client has CPU and GPU support, the WU's are larger so will generate more points, but also use more resources, power, etc.
