i3-530 or Athlon x2 5200+ or Pentium E5800?

Hi guys, I'm stuck at picking a viable home/work PC for mom. I'm somehow limited to $80 budget. She don't play BF4 or AC3 whatsoever game. 100% would be used for social medias, emails, and MS Office apps. What would be the best of the three? 

 

Here's a quick rundown of 5200 and 5800 builds:

 

CPU: Athlon X2 5200

Heatsink: Deepcool

MOBO: Various with Radeon X1250

RAM: 2GB DDR2 800MHz

PSU: 450W

Case: Rise 831

 

CPU: Pentium E5800

Heatsink: 775

MOBO: G31 DDR2

PSU: 350W

RAM: DDR2 2GB 800MHz

GPU: nVidia 8400GS

Case: Rise 831

 

 

OS will be Win7 x64. And yes, I'll be upgrading it to 4GB of RAM.

i3 550 is newer and faster, and has hyperthreading.
