MSI GTX 750 bottlenecking?

Since im getting the MSI GTX 750 2GB GDDR5 version i want to know if my 4GB RAM will bottleneck it

My CPU is an Intel 2 Quad core 2.66 GHz

Dont worry about this i know how im gonna run it...i just want to know if my GPU gives lower performance due to 4GB RAM

(and i really think specs not so accurate for this game...poorly optimised you can simply OC and turn V-Sync and Shadows off and it will play at 35-45 FPS easy with no problem). My screen resolution is 1024x780 btw

Watch this the game will run really good with FXAA turned on i will also make sure i turn shadows and Vsync off so i get more performance out of it
