F@H "Connecting"

I just installed F@H Control on this HP which is running Ubuntu 12.04LTS 32-bit, and it can't get any farther than just connecting when I launch the program. I haven't restarted (I have an ass-ton of shit going on), but if I have to I probably could. If anyone could shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Try reinstalling F@H, and select the "delete data" option when uninstalling

 

I think if I'm interpreting your post right, this is the same issue I had a while back

I sometimes have this problem as well. Somehow it works if I launch the Web control thing. After that I just switch back to the normal client (which starts up along with the web control).

I sometimes have this problem as well. Somehow it works if I launch the Web control thing. After that I just switch back to the normal client (which starts up along with the web control).

Can you even launch web control from the F@H Control on Linux? I haven't found anything that lets me.

There has been a shortage of WU's for Linux systems. Check the log, does it say empty work server?
