How much better is the Monsta if i use a single set of NF-A14 fans? And do i need to run static pressure fans on both sides of the Monsta?

The monsta is utter crap for low RPM fans, look into something like the Nemisis line from hardwarelabs.

The monsta doesn't start spreading it's wings until you put like 1500+ RPM fans on it.

Even the 60mm fans don't start showing any real benefit until you start getting up beyond 1500 RPM as well. Thicker rads need more airflow or they'll perform the same as thinner radiators -- at the lower RPMs, a 30mm radiator and a 60mm radiator are about on par. You're better off going with more 30mm or 45mm radiators than fewer 60mm radiators, and the Monsta is just a waste of money unless you don't mind your system sounding like a jet engine to get the benefit of having it.
