ok its probably obvious but why?

different slot. those are full pci/pci-e  and the card is mini pci-e.

well in General couldnt it fit i thought PCI E can go into 3.0 and 2.0 i know that is micro pci 

pci-e 1.0 2.0 3.0 all use the same slots. 

mini pci-e is made for a different reason with a different form factor.

While it is still pci-e the contacts are different sizes, and in different locations, so even if it could fit in a pci-e 1/ pci-e 4 slot, it would not work.
