How about 77C for max load tempts? (like while i am playing DAI)

yes the cards are made to handle up to 100c (dont recommend over 90 though)

Are these idle tempts good? I have a rather big fluctuation of idle tempts for my tri-x r9 290x @ 25% fan speed 

42-50 degrees C

ambient : 32 degrees C

My 280x gets similar temps. Very normal idle temps.
