Hi guys!!!

I'm planning to build a PC.

I'd liked to know if you guys could help me find better value parts for my PC/cheaper places to buy parts.

I want a cheap powersupply that could power this build, but remember, I don't live in the USA.

I started to research parts and stuff beginning 2015, I've never build a PC before.

I also liked if you guys could tell me if this build could run the games that I've listed down below.

Link to parts: http://es.pcpartpicker.com/p/kCL6Vn

Budget and location:

My budget is between 700-745 EUR, I live in the Netherlands, so my currency is Euros.

But I really want a 700 EUR total, I do already know which videocard I am gonna buy.

Aim:

I want a gaming PC, for games like Warthunder, World of Tanks, Far Cry 4, GTA V (Minecraft).

Considering I'm still in school, also for a bit of homework.

Monitors:

I'm currently not planning to use more than one monitor, I already have one.

Peripherals:

Probably gonna run Windows 8.1.

Why I am upgrading:

I want to upgrade my pc, because all I got now is a PC that doesn't run games fast (Minecraft 15-30 fps lowest settings) I can't even run World of Tanks with it. I don't bother upgrading that PC. I'm currently using a school laptop, I like to keep them fresh. Its for school.

Other Information:

I don't want crossfire/sli, I think it is not worth it.

I'm not sure if I want to overclock my system.

I want most of the parts here at my house before/at the beginning of my summerholidays, starts 13 July because Il have alot of time.

I want most of the parts upgradeable for the future,

Hope you find the information helpful enough!!!

Thank you for your time and helping me in forward!!!!'

From which store are you going to order from? I live in europe aswell, and I will be ordering from a german site mindfactory.de, its the cheapest store I found in EU, so if the shipping cost isn't too big, I think its worth checking that store.
