Lap Top SSD fresh

Go to solution Solved by Giki,

Yes you can.
Just remember to install the drivers.

Oh and depending on the laptop you might look at removing the CD/Blue-ray drive and put a second drive in there if its got one.

hey I had a random thought just now,

With some decent lap tops going on sale recently is it possible to snag one a a good price then just drop in a spare SSD and do a fresh windows install and be GTG?

In other words all those Lenovo machines that that bloatware and "superfish" that every person says its a pain in the ass to remove. Even some Asus ROG gaming machines have useless programs pre installed. Could a person take care of all that or does the lap top need the HDD/SSD that it comes with?

I bought a bunch of 240 SSD on black friday real cheap. few are 2.5 Crucial's and this year I wanna get a 1TB SSD and put all my games on that and call it the day. But I also want a gaming lap top to bring where ever for work. can this be done?

god damn that's a good idea! 2 HDs! I can't think of a reason to use a optical drive past a Windows install!
