try and avoid G2A, quite a few people I know have had bad experiences with them.

g2a gives you legal copies of a game, so that isnt the issue with them.

 

its that they do REALLY shady stuff to get those copies so cheap, and that causes issues...

 

honestly, i buy most of my games straight off of steam for convenience, and if not its as close as straight from the devs as i can.

If you have to buy from G2A, ALWAYS use G2A shield.

 

Kinguin is more secure and reliable in my opinion if you really want something cheap, used them myself with only a few problems. Though I have heard some keys from them were revoked at some point.

 

CJS Cd Keys is a good option and the best unofficial store in my experience. I have had absolutely 0 problems with them at all. You do need to go through a lengthy confirmation process after the first purchase however (to avoid stolen credit cards or paypals being used).

 

I personally try stick to steam sales and the occasional Humble Bundle for the most part, its safer and infinitely more convenient.
