Your screenshot is bad. What is that program, use another one and test again.

what why. It's impossible for temps to go that way, physically impossible. So your program of measuring temps is failing...

Its either the program is up the spout or u have a dodgy temp diode for measuring temps on the card.

NZXT's CAM software that you're using is not that good for measuring temperatures. I use realtemp for my CPU and MSI's afterburner for my GPU to track temps, and they both work great. Give those a try and report back.
