PC loading every 10sec

Go to solution Solved by RossMadness,

I found that its Steam-s fault, Weird never had any problems with it didnt notice that before because it was runing in the backround and i only play games on Origin because i dont have any new games on steam

If it's set to run on system start up then just remove it. You may want to uninstall Steam and install it again when you need it. Steam shouldn't be running in the way you've described.

This is my problem as you see in the video it loads every 9-10sec. When the load icon shows up everything freezes. If i am playing a game i cant move for that 2 sec and there is no sound. If i am typeing on internet every letter i type doesnt register.

I cant use my PC because everyting i try to do its still freezing. I need you help does anyone know the solution?

Leave Task Manager open and see what's being used every ten seconds. I would sort it by CPU usage, and if you don't see it then sort by Memory usage, then HDD usage. Watch it for a few minutes and report back.

Some sort of program is probably hoarding all the memory or cpu usage, try closing all the background programs even anti-virus, if that doesn't help, do what Ross said, scout for the specific program
