I'm busy so this might be wrong in some way, sorry I'll check back later! Definitely will all work together but I need to check the motherboard's overclocking capabilities

Do you currently have a computer if so what are the specs on everything you might be able to just upgrade your desktop into a gaming PC and get great performance.

How will the build run without an Operating System?

Why would he? If he's asking for advice on a PC build we should let him know an OS is required and is not included with the parts.

Because a relative maybe have a key lying around? Not everyone needs an OS.

Me and my relatives have at least 10 keys lying around for windows, it's different for every person.

Maybe a friend of his has a spear key that he will be giving it to him.
