Projecting from surface pro to tv

So a while ago I bought a mini dp --> hdmi adapter for my surface pro
  um, well i lost that...

But i wanted to know, my tv is dlna certified (sony bravia kdl55hx820) and i was wondering, if i could wirelessly connect my surface pro to my tv.

I know i can play videos and pictures to my tv, but can i use my tv as a monitor?

 

 

 

if it is possible, i'd love to know how.
