1920X1080 (FULL HD)

Go to solution Solved by jprig6,

refresh rate, inputs and colors.

It isn't IPS like I bet you might have wanted but this gets good reviews and has a better refresh rate than the last one I mentioned.

Hi, I would like your to know which are some of the best 1920x1080 monitors in the market for less than $300. I like the Acer GN246HL Black 24" 1ms 144hz HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD 3D Monitor 350 cd/m2 100,000,000:1. But I havent done a lot of comparissons. There are also specs I dont understand, I went to blurbusters and all their 1920x1080 monitors said "1920X1080 TN" All but 1 that said VA at the end, but It was so much more expensive.

So,to sum up, best 1920x1080 monitor under $300. And what is TN and VA.

Also, what is the contrast ratio and the ips or idk waht was if not ips.

Thx in advanced :)

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

Mmmm, I dont like it, even though it is ips (which causes it to also be 60hz), it has dcr of 2M;1 against 100M;1 and 8ms response time vs 1ms.

Thx   :P

I have it and honestly speaking the 8ms response time isnt a worry~

Im ranked quite high in bf4 (Which can be a proof that a 8ms monitor doesnt change a thing) with a skill level of 450~

And it really is a darn good monitor for it's pricee!

Maybe if it had a better prize, for 10 more bucks I get faster response time (even if the difference is minimal, $240 vs $250) and also very important it has a much lower contrast radio, wihtout even mentioning that it is only 60hz. Sorry man, doesnt feel right.

To my knowledge a higher contrast ratio means much better colors....

Well it is up to you!

Enjoy your new setup :)
