h100i and link

The h100i used to show up in the link software but now when I reinstalled, it does not show up and i cant change the color of the led or anything. I had this problem before but this fixed it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsyo6nvlcf0

 

Now this solution does not fix anything, any suggestions welcome

Try the latest version of Corsair Link that we have just released (last Friday) and see if that fixes the detection issue. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=140973

 

if that doesn't help, try moving the C Link USB connector to a different USB header on your MB.

Did you remove the Corsair Link profile first like it was suggested on that post before re-installing Corsair Link? 

 

What about the moving the USB connector, did you try using a different USB header on your board? 

 

Since this is a detection issue, It's probably worth a shot trying a mini type B to type A USB cable, like this, http://content.etilize.com/large/10015544.jpgand plug it to one of the USB ports on the rear I/O.
