Hey, I'm trying to build a PC, but I don't know much about components. I live in the US, and I am going to use it for games like CS:GO, Terraria, Starcraft 2, and probably GTA V. I'm hoping for nice smooth frame rates at good settings. For my case I want an NZXT Phantom 410, or a Noctis 450. Could I get some recommendations for parts?

Oh! sorry about that! I forgot. I would like it to cost anywhere from 1200-1500 dollars. I want to do it with two to three monitors. But what do you mean what resolution?

He means what resolution does one of those 3 monitors you want to use have. ex. 1920x1800

Here is my idea for you.

It's a 29 inch 21:9 extra wide display instead of triple screen surround witch of super pricy and takes up tons of room, and it has all the power you need to game at 60fps on anything coming from the best gtx 970 you can buy, and you could add in another without changing a thing.

Thank you!

You could save money without effecting gaming performance by going with less expensive 1600mhz RAM, and the strix card is not the best choice because of there notorious habit of coil whine and the really bad Asus warranty, also the power supply is really really overkill you could run 3 970s on it, while overclocking. That graphics card doesn't fit in that case as the heatpipes stick out at the top meaning you can't get the side panel back on. You want one without heatpipes such as the EVGA cards.

Is it recommended to overclock my pc?

You don't have too, but do tons of research and ask for help before you do.

Also your Ram needs too much voltage even PC part picker caught that.

This is a great part list, but you will probably only need 8 gigs of ram for gaming.

12-16gb is my personal preference because I like to leave tasks running in the background, and it's only 50$ more.

Still overkill...  and you could spend that $50 dollars on something better.
