850w psu for SLI in future

You can switch the 980 for Titan X or future 980 Ti/390x

This computer is a hybrid productivity/gaming rig. You can shave down cost by switching to 4790k/4690k & lga1150 mobo, 16gb RAM, lower capacity SSD

How's this look? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/n99gxr

The 295x2 is also a similar performing option: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-r9295x8qfa

No point getting 32GB ram or 2011-3 just for gaming. An oc'ed 4790k would be better and more ram than necessary gives no benefit.
