It will should work well, however you might have a few issues with space. I seriously doubt that you will be able to cram that 3.5" drive in there.

You can choose another PSU, i'm running 2 970s together with an i7 5820k on an 680w be quiet.

Anyway this build will be a gaming beast, have fun!

Wasn't it that case linus put a titan x in? If it is then you might not get the 3.5" drive. Like maybe you could do it but it would be a safer bet to go with a 2.5" drive or a bigger case as a bit fenix prodigy. (Not sure though)
