I'm thinking about getting into programing as a career and do gaming on a pc and what would be the best amd cpu and the best mid rand graphics card under $300 too. I'm not trying to play games on max setting, probably at mid setting at 1080p? This is my first time building a pc so I don't know much yet plz help.

budget and location? Plus id suggest a Intel CPU but go for like a 290x for GPU
