Hello!

I am going to build a more compact/portable PC, and already have a couple parts, as well as a pretty strict budget.  The budget being around $80.  The goal of this computer is to be a bit more powerful than an average computer, be portable and relatively smaller, and to be as cheap as possible.  I already have a A6 5400k, (FM2+) and two sticks of four gig ram at 240pins (consider the storage and OS taken care of).

So I'd like everyone's opinion on what I should do here, I'd like to put the afore mentioned parts in this PC, so I need a motherboard, case, and PSU.  Please comment below, what case you would recommend, tips to keep the overall price down and such.

A couple more things: I consider the Cooler Master Elite 1X0 series and Haf 915Xs small enough, and ITX is ok if it's cheap enough.  Thanks in advance!

Note:  I know this is nigh impossible, so I'm not asking for specific parts.  ANYTHING constructive about more portable PCs will be appreciated.

Q: Do I have a virus?!
A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

Q: What email/VPN should I use?
A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

$80 for a case, PSU & motherboard?

I think not.

I know it's not normal, but I have seen combos on Tigerdirect at $80 for a case, cpu, and ram.  I'm not asking for specifics even, anything constructive is appreciated.
