I accidentally fried my motherboard when a drop of water got onto it and I booted up without noticing (was raining outside). The droplet landed on a chip labeled "ISL6323A CRZR H1001BB8P", more specifically the last four "pins" of the top edge. Now two of the four pins are darkened as though they went through oxidation. I haven't been able to check the underside yet since it's covered by the CPU bracket and I'm all out of thermal paste but it looks like they still connect the PCB traces to the chip.

Do you think the motherboard can be saved and if so how should I proceed?

Nope. I dont think it can be saved. Its too hard to solder a chip on. What mobo? I would get a new cheap one and see if no there components are damaged.

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

Well it's worth a shot but if the chip is still alive try using some isoproyl alcohol and gently scrub it to remove the oxidation and see if it still works hopefully it's just a short circuit due to contaminates. Not much more that can really be done if the chip is dead unless your replace the chip.
