The MSI one at this case cause it has a higher binned chip, if the windforce was the G1 Gaming i would get this one.

Gigabyte windforce is the one to chose due to it's better cooling.

It's a shame that WINDFORCE is not a G1 Gaming

 

I'd get the MSI one out of those two in particular.

That would matter if this were a 295x2. MSI's cooler is already massive overkill for the 970. You're going to need to change the bios of either of these to hit any thermal limits.
