You don't need a 700W psu for that build a decent 550w or 600w psu will be more than enough for a single gtx 660.

I would go with a better video card... That one is not very good compared to the 660 ti/760

Why a 660? Go with a Cheap 7870 They will far outpreform a 660.

does it ?

You only need a 650W PSU for gtx 660's in SLI. Well ignore what others are saying, because if you're going with SLI, then stick with Nvidia. If you're never going to get more than one card. Get a 7870XT.
