With that big of a budget you can probably get a flagship intel processor and board. The amd may limit you in the future. How about an i7 4790k instead of the 8350, it is way better than the AMD.

I would use it for 3d modelling, gaming, photoshop, audio editing/producing, gaming and home cinema

I live in Belgium so I'll go to germany or france to buy the stuff I need (or just use amazon :P )

And why is amd worse then intel, because you get more cores/clock speed for a lower price with amd.

#cores and clock speed don't necessarily dictate performance. It is the architecture of the cores themselves that make up most of the performance aspect. AMD uses outdated architecture that is a few years old and is quite low on performance. Intel architecture is updated on a yearly basis and increases in performance every year. An quad core i5 at a lower clock rate can beat a high core count and high clock rate amd.
