I am having problems running games like watch dogs, TF2 , reign of kings and even CLICKER heroes yes a clicking game ;/

i own a r9 290 with a fx 8350 8 gb ram OS on the SSD and there are every 30 seconds or so a 10 second time when i get stutters after that butter smooth gameplay ;/

also what i noticed is the CPU-z says my MEM is running 667 mHZ but the mobo bios says normal 1330mhz i have NO clue there are also no virus checked that couple days ago this started about a week ago when it happend i tryed swapping virus scanners and updating drivers no change ;/

Is the OS bloated? When was your last fresh install? What's your MB?

Also, a 990FX motherboard with at least a 6+1 phase VRM would help.

Get a new motherboard before the Asrock catches fire or tries to die quietly.

Well considering only a few games and programs for very specific tasks make use of all 8 threads available on an FX 8350, yes I'd recommend an upgrade to an i3 or an i5. What do you mainly use your computer for, and what would your budget be for an upgrade?

The motherboard is having issues with your FX 8350, and the GPU spiking a lot is the CPU bottle necking the GPU, while its getting throttled by the motherboard's weak VRM.

That's the i7, not the i5. The i5 is all you need for gaming.

oke then just asking a friend of mine owns a hd 7970 with fx 6200 and he can play all of those games (only reign of kings not ) better then me is this because of that 6 cores with better single thread performance?

Its actually not 6 cores. Its 3 with what's called the 'integer processing unit' split into 2 so that its recognised as a hex core CPU. AMD's FX line has 2, 3 and 4 modules instead of the classic core setup in all other CPU's. Which is why they are bad in gaming. AMD can technically market the CPU's as 4, 6 and 8 core as that's the amount of integer cores. And I can say right now that even a 2008 Xeon X5450 like the one in my current computer is far better for gaming than anything from the FX line (an FX 9590 is not a new CPU BTW, its a factory overclocked FX 8320). And the FX line is nearing its 4th year now with no great improvements, still the same PCIe gen 2 lanes, and significantly worse performance in games than an Intel CPU of the same price with significantly power consumption. Unless you are rendering/video editing/running a small server a CPU such as the FX 6350 or FX 8350 will be next to useless for you as they are weak where performance matters most: single threaded.
