Hitting 74C with stock, is that acceptable. I have a hyper 212 coming tomorrow

Yes, 212 should drop it to 60ish depending on voltage. Mine is at 4.4 @1.8 volts, 68c highest cpu core temp, looking for prime numbers in boinc.

1.8V? You can probably get that lower. I got to 4.5GHz with 1.14V.

nope, lost the lottery kinda. 4.3 @ 1.15 ooooo my bad should be 1.18 i highly recommend never doing 1.8 or over 1.35 unless really good cooling.
