Highest & lowest point you've been at

What are the highest and lowest points on world you have been? Places, buildings, planes if you want to be boring ;)

My highest would be Aso kaldera at Japan, ~1500m over ocean. Lowest or deepest was at limestone mine 350m underground. Top my second lowest by 200m and that was limestone quarry.

Highest: 400m above sea level on a mountain in the clouds in Oklahoma. Had to follow a very long and windy path along the top of a mountain range to reach a restaurant up there. Was awesome.
Lowest: 50m above sea level. I haven't gone to very many low places and I don't leave my home much.

If not including in an airliner (40,000 + feet), highest would be outside of La Paz Bolivia at about 13,000 feet (3962.4 meters) or while hiking the rocky mountains in Colorado, not sure the exact elevation I got to, but I'd guess around 13,000 to 13,500 feet. Lowest would be either at sea level in the pacific ocean, some place in the Sacramento Delta area (some spots are below sea level) or some place in the Central Valley of California (some places also below sea level). Never been to Death Valley so... Highest building would be some building in Tokyo over looking Tokyo Tower (also been in Tokyo Tower).

Probably in a plane, but I don't know  how high that is.

On land, 1127m up on Grouse Mountain in BC. Hiked 2.9km up to the top. http://www.grousemountain.com/grousegrind It was terrible.

Lowest was probably an underground parking lot. :P

Highest for is around 3400m in Les Deux Alpes (French skiing resort, and yes you can ski at that altitude :) )

Lowest probably a parking lot in Cannes (France as well), that went 10 stories down.
