5k build for streaming

1. Budget & Location

I have a budget of 8k in USD, but with the two monitors a desk and a chair I'm limiting it to 5k

2. Aim

Main purpose is streaming all and any games. I would like to have no issue with heat or memory problems and not have to upgrade again for 2 years. Needs to also handle audio programs.

3. Monitors

I plan on getting 2 4k Samsung curved PC monitors, but I'm open to higher quality monitors but this is part of the 3 k budget for desk and chair.

4. Peripherals

i will need an OS preferably win 7 I'm not software smart with partitioning or anything like that. I should be fine on peripherals but I plan on buying some sort of professional mic setup so a good mic suggest would be nice.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I had my good PC stolen awhile ago so I made a 1200 budget PC that has memory problems so I decided to just give it to my roommate and get the build I really want again.

6.Prefered Brands

I would like to stick to these brands. MSI, Coolermaster, Samsung, Intel, Western Digital. If there is a better I'm open but I have found reliability with these brands

7. Ideas and wants

I want to do a dual Titan build since they can handle the 4k tv's and I need a build that can handle the heat and be quite as well, I'll probably need to find local help to really setup the build to optimize it.

Isn't there something weird you have to do with a 4tb hard drive, and would it be a bad idea to run an MSata for the OS?

I put the 750  intel on thre till the 750 ssd version comes out in a week or so

I have not really that much experience building the computer, is the SLI build a little to crazy for a newish builder, I already have to find somone locally to optimize the system.
