what a hell is happening with my PC?

i will try to be short. so lately (in this week) it happened a few times. not a lot of load on my pc no mining or extreme temps. 30 minutes ago i was watching youtube video and for a split second i saw a white horizontal lines and screen gone black sound was going on but video was about to end so yea. other day it happened too but sound became robotic like repeating same thing over and over again rapidly. it seems like my gpu but idk. btw not a loose cables coz when i restart its ok again.

oh and what was super weird when i opened a gpuz 0.7.9 same thing happened. what a hell?

 

so now about the specs.

cpu 4690k @ 3.9ghz stock voltage pretty much like turbo. and its not a great overclocker 1.35v and 4.4ghz not stable but at turbo seems fine

gpu is r9 290 vapor x stock 1030mhz stock voltage. and only overclocking i did was to check its maximum performance and it was 1150mhz stable no artifacts

ram 16gb hyperx 1600

MB msi g55 z97 sli

psu is rm750 corsair

primary hdd is crucial m550 512gb ssd

cpu cooler is hyper 212 evo

 

oh and latest amd beta drivers installed

I've had a lot of issues with the new beta drivers. Random crashes, messed up youtube videos, and so on.
