Yeah, that should do well on 1080p.

Just don't forget to tell him to turn off pretty much all advanced settings

Definately possible with that build. He may need to turn off MSAA or tweak texture quality down however the rest of the settings very high or high.

around 130 - 150 ( or cheaper he said .. i dont thiink that there is cheaper ones ) ... 

 

he just wants a monitos fot 60 fps and 1080p .. nothing fancy .. he said about 21-23 inch .. i think thats not a lot but who cares .. its for him .. xD
