What program does this?

Hello, I am looking for a program that would go on your computer and your phone so that you can upload music to the program on your computer and it would automatically download onto your phone.

 

So basically I am thinking of Google Drive, but it can auto download.  Is there anything like this?

Just pay for spotify its awesome haha

 

Google Music? (not sure if you can download though) can upload up to 50k tracks and play back on phone

 

I also use iTunes and sync playlists over wifi

The only app that comes relatively close to that which I know of is Dropbox.
