Any psu can stop working after a few years if you're unlucky.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

Compared to the Corsair CX, the Rosewill Capstone 550 is a much better option for a similar price range, and will be perfectly adequate for your system. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-capstone550

If you can spend a bit more there's the Antec TruePower Classic 750 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-tp750c

Or if you really want a modular unit, there's the EVGA 750B2 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

Ok. Thanks for your recommendations. But what about the Watts. Is 750 too much/little?

I did a similation how much power i will need, but I rather save than sorry. Or can too muc& power distroy any of components?

Too many watts will not harm your computer. Too little can. A psu runs more efficiently when it draws from 40% - 80% of its rated wattage.

It's always a good day if you woke up breathing.
