I've reached a good overclock with my Asus Matrix 980's.

Unengine Valley score of 3883. Max FPS 178.3

GPU BOOST CLOCK : 1492

Max Voltage : 1175

Memory Clock : 8000

Memory Voltage 1610

Power Target 0125

GPU #1 was at 71C

GPU #2 was at 41C during FULL LOAD.

My question is, could I push it more? Or should I throw in the towel.

Increase core clock until you crash, then decrease by 10mhz or until stable.

Increase memory clock until artifacting, then decrease until stable.

Only the core clock?

Edited my first post.

I was able to push my friends Matrix by 210MHz on the core and 400MHz on the memory with no voltage stepping.

Took the GPU BOOST to 1500, Memory Clock to 8030, and crashing at scene 8 of the benchmark

I would leave 1492 as it is then. Keep increasing memory clock if not exhibiting artifacts.

Should I raise the voltage? Is 1492 a acceptable overclock?

Anything over my original overclock is crashing

Now my original overclock is crashing

Give 1.265v a try. Increasing the voltage alone may boost your core clock.
