Hello, I'm a noob. I know I have a 3-Way SLI, I'm water cooling my RAM, CPU and GPU. I know I need 3 backplates, 3 plates a CPU block and a ram block, 20 3/4 fittings (13/19mm). Is there anything else I need, like a SLI connector or anything. Thanks :D

For SLI you will need a sli connector.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

You then also need soft tubing to connect everything up, a coolant (just take distilled water and a silver-kill-coil), and a pump and a reservoir!

Of course, not to forget, a radiator

Isn't it suppose to support watercooling, so it's a normal SLI bridge then?

No you can just use a normal sli bridge for watercooling.

But why don't I use this http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc-terminal-triple-parallel-plexi.html to have one area of water instead of three tubes

I really don't know to much about custom water cooling loops so I would probably just give you some crap advice.

Will I need anything like accessories or will it come with them like connector a between water locks and terminal? Like what type of tube should I get soft or hard

A lot of confusion here, you need a normal SLI bridge, but you also need a watercooling connector so that you can connect the cards together within your watercooling loop.

So I'll buy both, I did some research yes you are correct. Thanks for the help it helped alot :D
