only mod GTA V sp?

As a PC gamer I love modding (my skyrim=80 GB file now lol) and Im  going to want to mod GTA V SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO badly when I start seeing cool mods. I also dont want to get banned from online.  The only ways I can think of  to mod just the sp is to have  2 complete game file trees, one modded and one not and just execute whichever one in I want to play at the time.  OR  I guess I  could pirate a  copy of it and  mod that one til  it breaks and keep the legit one for mp...but I'd rather not  do that.

There was some script loader that would only enable mods for singleplayer and make it impossible for multi.

Heyyo,

Rockstar have gone on record saying they allow Singleplayer mods and as long as you don't try to mod multiplayer you won't get banned. As for their most recent patch that screwed up singleplayer modding? They say it wasn't intentional.. whether they reverse that error or not? That shall remain to be seen.

I use the niunMod Manager, however it doesn't work for mods that you change inside the OpenIV program
