Printing issues Windows 2012 terminal server

Hi

 

Hope that some of you can help me.

 

I have a customer with a terminal setup. we have some issues with printing.

there is no problems when printing from adobe reader, google chrome, outlook and so on.

 

but when trying to print from IE the print goes to the printer on the server, spool the printjob

and then drops it, instead of printing. i get no error messages and the only thing i could find

was that i need to reinstall the driver. but as i can print on everything els. i dont see how this could help.

Disable IE?

I dont know how it is set up so i cant help much. dont you choose the printer before you print?

oh Sorry for not being some specifik. i chose the printer in IE, it goes to printspooling and then gets dropped.

 

and disable of IE is not a posiblity.

The Solution was a driver update.

 

even though everything els worked, it did the trick.

IE is not happy with older drivers appertly....
