i'm looking to buy a gaming laptop to do casual couch gaming and i'm wondering how would something like this compare to my desktop PC (see my sig or profile) when it comes to purely GAMING PERFORMANCE (don't care about anything else, so long as the thing won't burn through my pajamas)

i have a hard time finding reliable benchmarks is the GTX 970M much slower than the GTX 780 in my desktop and how would the CPU compare to like an i5-4430 or something?

Thanks guys!
