hey guys .. i am planning on building this pc http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HrPHjX

I live in greece ( Euro ) but the companies pcpartpicker suggests arent shipping to greece ... i checked it and not all of them have links to amazon

and some of them are a bit more expensive on amazon ..

what do i do .. ??

could you make a build for me with amazon links that is 700$ (10$ up or down isnt a big problem ) will a lower cost build have the same performance ?
