Looks good, But you shoud get a Z97 board if you want to overclock, And for that build id recommend a 600 watts PSU, The CX600 is semi modular.

You could go with a lower end non-overclockable i5 and still have similar Gaming performance.

My Gaming PC

|| CPU: Intel i5 4690@4.3Ghz || GPU: Dual ASUS gtx 1080 Strix. || RAM: 16gb (4x4gb) Kingston HyperX Genesis 1600Mhz. || Motherboard: MSI Z97S Krait edition. || OS: Win10 Pro

The performance loss isn't big considering that the r9 280x is holding you back. I would reccomend that you get a i5 4460 instead and use the money you saved for a r9 290.

The stock cooler will run just fine at stock.

The performance difference between the i5 4460 and 4690 is not very big, You would still have the same gaming performance.

Should work just fine, You will be able to almost max out most games, But if you overclock the GPU the PSU will probably not be enough.

I meant that a 500 watts PSU wont be enough for a overclocked 280x, I would recommend atleast 550 watts one if you want to overclock.
