why not just add the mobo and cpu?

If you are on a 50 bucks budget don't get a full tower, if you find one at that price point the only compromise they could have made is overall quality. And looking at your part selection, you don't need one. 

 

PS: I have huge hands so a full tower would have been NICE for me but a good midtower should be enough for anything up to maybe more than 2 graphic cards, extensive watercooling or E-ATX/XL-ATX mobos, you are not doing any of those and people with big hands can build in midtowers, we just complain more :P
