I was considering purchasing Actual Multimonitors, since it has two features I would use a lot. Virtual desktops and ignoring deactivation, keeping focus on fullscreen programs. Now that Windows 10 is implementing virtual desktops, I was wondering if there is any stand alone software that allows deactivation to be ignored like in actual multimonitors.

Other display managers. DisplayFusion among them. You can catch it on Steam sales for €$8.

Thanks! I'll check it out. Do you know if DisplayFusion has a trial or demo version I could try out?

Seems to have 30-day trial. Here's also list of feature differencies between free and pro. I'm pretty sure window deactivation is only in pro version. http://www.displayfusion.com/Compare/

I think all these manager software has it as function. Its just which is cheapest/has nicest UI and features.
