Obviously a CPU bottleneck.  The CPU is too busy dealing with AIDA that it can't feed the GPU enough to keep it going at a high usage.

QUOTE ME IN A REPLY SO I CAN SEE THE NOTIFICATION!

When there is no danger of failure there is no pleasure in success.

Hi.

i have gtx 970 and i5 4690k.

When i am stress testing them together (with aida64 and Heaven Benchmark) then gpu dont run under full load and it effects the fps!

how i can fix it or what is causes the problem?

thanks!

when you are already maxing out the cpu in aida, and tell it to do more work by running heaven (the cpu has to tell the gpu what to do, so even though it is gpu limited, the cpu will also make a difference), then of course there will be problems.

What exactly is the problem here, as it seems like you are implying that the fps wont be low if you are running multiple stressfull applications at the same time...

There is only so much your cpu can do...
