So my mom had a silver bracelet she donated to me so i could shave some silver off of it and use it as a kill coil so my question is, will the jewelerry get the job done? And how much would i need? And last question is when i put the silver in my res, what's stopping it from going to my pump and clogging the loop?

It's cheaper to do it with SIlver Kill Coils with distilled water most of the time.

Pre mixed coolants often have dyes in them that give them color and after a few months those dyes will leave gunk all up in your blocks and rads that are a huge pain in the ass to clean.

Usually, It's not the dyes that gunk up your loop, its the plasticizer in your tubing..... Although dye can gunk up your loop too.

yes I would imagine purity does matter since most jewelry is an alloy that looks good and resists chemical change. aka tarnish.

You could, but the alternative is distilled water and silver. Both very cheap and no real chance of incompatibility with certain tubing.

You can buy silver ribbon from eBay. As long as its actually silver it will work.
