GTA V Grass problems

Whats with those black line in the grass/water everytime I drive past? Im using MFAA x2 and ill provide other settings if requested.

Looks like it's a water issue, but maybe mess around with your grass quality setting?

its on high and how do i fix this issue

That's GTA in a nutshell. Loads of people have this including me. Two updates back they messed up a lot of graphical settings.

Mah Build:  CPU: Intel i7-7700K COOLING: NZXT Kraken X52 GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1080 MOBO: Asus Strix Z270F RAM: 16GB GSKILL TridentZ RGB 3000 

CASE: In Win 303 STORAGE: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, Seagate 1TB  SSHD PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750W
