If I unistalled Windows on my pc, then installed it on the same pc but on a different hardrive using the same product key. Will it work?

You can't uninstall windows. What you need to do is migrate it. You software such as EaseUS Migration Tool.

If you format and install on another hard drive it will work yes. If you have a OEM-license you should just be careful when switching motherboard.

Should be fine. If not, you can use the automated service phone call to get it registered once more.

Hard drive/SSD switched are fine. You can even leave windows on old drive, you just can't have the two connected to internet on the same time.
