Just got my new PC and wanted to record, literally i'm getting 700 FPS solid but when recording it drops down to it's hell ground(70 fps)

that's when using fraps.

I used dxtory and i've noticed mouselag and other shit.

What do you recommend me using and please do not say shadowplay since it doesn't support the game that I play on.
