Best MicroATX Chassis?

I'm looking for the best possible MicroATX chassis with either a plain black, or plain white colour scheme for under the budget of $140, which will house this build:

Lastly, I would prefer it to have excellent watercooling potential, as I may build a custom loop cooler later on.

For those needs, imo Corsair 350D. 

 

Fractal Arc Mini R2 is also a great choice, but I prefer the 350D looks more.

The Arc Mini R2, 350D and Enthoo Evolv (slightly over budget) are good choices.

Has to be Phanteks enthoo evolve or Parvum s2.0, Bit over budget But worth it imo.
