How difficult is it to enable xmp profiles? for example say my memory is 1.65 volts (2133mhz) but the cpu will  run it a lot slower (1866mhz) because it only accepts 1.5 volts. so I need to enable xmp profiling to run it at full speed. how difficult will it be to do this?

In most motherboards it is just a toggle, from auto to xmp.

Even without xmp enabled, you can just set it to run at 2133mhz and change the volts accordingly...

You can run the memory at 1.65V just fine. It's just Intels silly guidelines recommending 1.5V and the slower speed.
